Butterfly

In by OptionStack

A butterfly can involve either calls or puts or a combination of both.  A long butterfly consists of two short options at a middle strike, and long one option each at a lower and a higher strike. The upper and lower strikes (wings) must both be equidistant from the middle strike (body), and all the options must be the same expiration. (Strategy Block)
